The very first step to decorating your laundry room is always to pick on a theme. Whether it be a tropical theme or a classic them, carry it out through your complete laundry room.
For instance, I decorated my laundry room in a classic theme. On my neutral colored walls, I put an assortment of a faux antique piece of artwork and classic washboards on a single wall on another wall. Additionally, I added a few authentic old irons on a shelf blended in with classic detergent boxes. I added an antique looking wallpaper border close to the ceiling with old looking washboards and irons onto it to continue my classic theme.
To give the area a cheerful appearance, I added a number of greenery and weathered baskets at the very top of the cabinetry above the washer and dryer. I placed coordinating while I am doing laundry, throw rugs on the tiled floor comfort and to cushion my feet. Finally, I added the perfect window treatment to let merely the best quantity of light in and make my laundry room appear complete. Be sure the flooring is forgiving of spills. Laminate flooring vinyl flooring, and ceramic tile are an excellent option.
