Large Laundry Room Plans - There are very few days that go by without doing a minumum of one load of laundry if you are like me. This being the case, it makes perfect sense to decorate your laundry room in a style or theme that pleases you and helps the chore of doing laundry a bit more enjoyable.
What makes you happy and pleases your eyes? Is it the beach, antiques, graphics, the color red? To decorating your laundry room the first step would be to select on a theme. Whether it be a classic them or a tropical motif, carry it out through your complete laundry room.
For instance, my laundry room was decorated by me in a classic theme. On my neutral coloured walls, I put an assortment of classic washboards on a single wall and a faux antique piece of artwork on another wall. Additionally, I added a few authentic old irons on a shelf blended in with detergent cartons that were classic. To continue my classic theme, I added an antique looking wallpaper border close to the ceiling with old looking irons and washboards about it.
To provide the space a cheerful appearance, I added a collection of weathered baskets and greenery on the most notable of the cabinetry above the washer and dryer. I placed coordinating while I am doing laundry, throw rugs on the tiled floor comfort and to cushion my feet. Eventually, I added an ideal window treatment make my laundry room appear whole and to let only the best quantity of light in. Be certain the flooring is forgiving of spills. Ceramic tile, laminate flooring, and vinyl flooring really are a great alternative.
