Laundry Room Counter With Sink - Have your ever thought if you added them up at the end of each week about just how many hours you spend in your laundry room? In the event you are like me there are not many days that go by without doing a minumum of one load of laundry. This being the situation, it makes perfect sense to decorate your laundry room in subject or a style that pleases you and helps the chore of doing laundry a bit more pleasing.
What pleases and makes you happy your eyes? Could it be the color red, the shore, antiques, art? Whatever it is, just remember that you just do not have to decorate your laundry room in subject or the same style as the remainder of your house. The first step to decorating your laundry room will be to select on a theme. Whether it be a vintage them or a tropical theme, carry it out through your whole laundry room.
As an example, I decorated my laundry room in a vintage theme. On my neutral coloured walls, I placed a number of vintage washboards on a single wall and also a faux antique piece of art on another wall. I also added a few bona fide old irons on a shelf blended in with detergent boxes that were vintage. I added an antique appearing wallpaper border close to the ceiling with old appearing irons and washboards about it, to continue my vintage subject.
To give the area a cheerful look, I added a number of weathered baskets and greenery at the very top of the cabinetry above the washer and drier. I set coordinating throw rugs on the tiled flooring comfort and to cushion my feet while I'm doing laundry. Finally, I added the perfect window treatment make my laundry room appear whole and to let just the proper amount of light in. Ceramic tile, laminate flooring, and vinyl flooring certainly are an excellent option.
